The Shade-Ready Socket is a versatile choice for incorporating lampshades into your lighting designs. When choosing a shade, it’s important to account for both the socket diameter and the shade’s mounting style. This socket is specifically made to work with Euro-style shade fitters. However, if you’re using a vintage shade or one from another brand, we recommend measuring carefully, as shade sizes and fittings can vary widely.
Please note that these sockets feature a self-locking mechanism. Do not insert the terminal into the socket before wiring, as doing so will permanently lock the socket in place.
